Leaders Create Leaders (LCL) is a training and coaching company that equips leaders with skill sets, tool sets and mind sets to better navigate the VUCA world. We help Leadership Teams create a positive work culture so that team members feel for engaged, enabled and empowered.

Our vision is to create a growth ecosystem whereby leaders can carry on their legacies by creating more leaders with the younger generation of youth in Vietnam to step up, show up and reach out for their true potentials.
